(HARI) is committed to protect the confidentiality of any personal information which we have obtained through the One Hyundai Family (OHF) membership application form signed by the members and user’s access to the OHF website. This policy explains our treatment of personally identifiable information collected as such. We do not, however, answer for the private practices of any individual or entity not connected with the HARI.
Use of Personal Information
HARI may use the personal information written in this form for some or all of the following purposes:
- To facilitate the availment of the services and benefits of OHF members, such as but not limited to roadside assistance, partner merchant’s discounts, loyalty points redemption (i.e., Hyundai Brand Collection items, Lifestyle Rewards & Seasonal Events), and other similar and future services, promos, and products;
- To compare information, and verify with third parties in order to ensure that the information is accurate;
- To allow HARI to provide customer support and assist in addressing concern, manage customer experience, conduct customer and market research (i.e., after-sales surveys, customer satisfaction reviews, etc.), disseminate product updates and information, marketing communications, promotional materials, and/or newsletters from HARI and from its affiliate companies and merchant partners; and
- Other such uses to ensure better service for OHF members.
HARI may amend, delete, and add other such purposes which it may deem necessary to continue to provide the best service to its customers without prior notice.
Disclosure of Personal Information
HARI may share the information provided by you or about you with our employees, consultants, dealers, our affiliates, and other third parties as deemed necessary in order to provide better services and benefits to OHF members.
HARI ensures that the third parties and its affiliates keep customers’ personal information secure from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, or similar risks and retain personal information only for as long as it is needed to achieve the abovementioned purposes.
HARI does not divulge customer’s information to third parties without prior consent of the individual members.
Withdrawal of Consent

Please note that the objection to the use and/or disclosure of personal information for the purposes and in the manner as stated above, depending on the nature of the objection, may affect HARI’s delivery of services or products, or performance of any contract with the member. HARI’s legal rights and remedies are expressly reserved in such event.
Access to Personal Information and Updating Records
HARI will keep your Personal Information as accurate, complete and up-to-date as necessary and reasonably possible for the above-stated purposes.
